BPEC O Plate PFI
Wet and slippery conditions made it a difficult start on our first outing on Dunlop SL1s, but we got our heads down and worked on getting a good setup, in very tricky conditions
Qualifying was frantic but we managed to get our Elite team to 5th, our Pro team had missed the start of qualifying due to a last-minute setup change, and by the time they got on track someone had had a problem and had drop fluid on the circuit, so although he was on the pace of the top 5, the best times were already set before the spillage, so he could only manage 29th.
The race went fantastic, with both teams finishing on the podium, with our Elite team finishing 3rd overall. Our Pro team finished 2nd in class and 7th overall, after starting from 29th on the grid
The icing on the cake was we set the fastest lap of the race.
